ALEX COLLECTIVE

Ceerose

Alexandria

At Goldfish & Bay, we believe that great projects emerge from collaboration with visionary partners. ALEX COLLECTIVE, a standout development in Alexandria, exemplifies this. Brought to life by Ceerose, Andrew Burns Architecture, and Site Image Landscape Architects, this City of Sydney competition-winning project delivers a dynamic, sustainable design that honors Alexandria’s industrial heritage while offering modern, luxury living.

The development comprises four striking buildings, ranging from four to eight storeys. Designed by Andrew Burns Architecture, the buildings feature intricate brickwork, saw-tooth roofs, and light wells, all inspired by the area’s industrial past. These elements maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a seamless connection between apartments and communal spaces.

At the center of the project is a tranquil resident’s garden, designed by Site Image Landscape Architects, complete with cabana-style seating and a magnesium pool—an ideal space for relaxation and community engagement.

Ceerose began construction in 2021, and Alex Collective is poised to redefine luxury living in Alexandria. The apartments, with their generous layouts and expansive balconies, offer panoramic views of the Sydney CBD. Sustainability is a core focus, with the project targeting a 6-star NatHERS rating through energy-efficient systems.

At Goldfish & Bay, we provided hydraulic design services in partnership with Plumbview, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced water systems throughout the development. Our contribution supports the project's commitment to sustainability, furthering our role in creating modern, eco-friendly living spaces.
