ALFARN (The Banks)

At Goldfish & Bay, we’re proud to have played an essential role in ensuring the high quality of hydraulic design for the ALFARN (The Banks) apartments, part of Rockdale's Banks Precinct. Developed by Deicorp and designed by TURNER, this project showcases a seamless blend of luxury, urban convenience, and coastal living.

Spanning 11 levels and comprising 187 apartments, Alfarn offers panoramic views of Botany Bay and the Sydney CBD. TURNER’s architectural design embraces open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized balconies, and high-end finishes, all working together to create elegant, light-filled spaces. The project also fosters a connected community through its vibrant eat street, rooftop terrace, and proximity to Brighton-Le-Sands Beach and Rockdale’s town center.

At Goldfish & Bay, we provided expert hydraulic design oversight to ensure the systems were efficient, compliant, and aligned with the development’s goals. By working closely with the design team, we helped identify opportunities for improvement and ensured smooth project delivery. This proactive approach saves time and money by addressing potential issues before construction begins, leading to a superior final product.
