At Goldfish & Bay, we are proud to be part of the ASTRID Castle Hill development, a residential project that showcases innovative engineering solutions aligned with modern architectural design. Developed by CBD Core and designed by Zhinar Architects, the project consists of 94 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as luxurious penthouses, engineered to meet contemporary residential demands.

Our role at Goldfish & Bay was to provide comprehensive hydraulic and mechanical engineering design services, ensuring that all vital building systems were efficiently planned and integrated into the project’s design. We focused on developing high-performance hydraulic systems, designed to meet sustainability requirements and optimize resource usage throughout the building.

Additionally, we provided mechanical design services, focusing on energy-efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal indoor climate control. Our expertise in system design ensured that all mechanical components worked seamlessly with the building’s architectural elements, supporting the overall performance of the structure.

By collaborating with the project team, we ensured that all engineering designs adhered to industry standards and regulations, promoting operational efficiency and long-term reliability.
