Reflecting on our portfolio of past projects, THE BALMORAL COLLECTION stands out as a remarkable development that we were privileged to be part of, collaborating with an exceptionally skilled team.

The best developments don’t just meet expectations—they transform what living spaces can be. Goldfish & Bay contributed hydraulic expertise to THE BALMORAL COLLECTION, a notable example of contemporary residential design in Mosman.

Completed in 2022, this exclusive development features four whole-floor residences, each with two or three bedrooms, private lifts, and dedicated entry galleries—ensuring both comfort and privacy. Designed by award-winning MHNDU Architects, with interiors by Richards Stanisich, these homes set a new standard for modern coastal living.

Built with natural materials such as rendered concrete, neutral bricks, and bronze battens, the design offers a calm and refined atmosphere. Expansive glazing and pivot doors blend lush gardens with bright interiors, fostering inviting living spaces while reducing the need for artificial climate control.

In collaboration with Central Element and Ultra Building Co, the team delivered an impressive outcome that blends modern elegance with timeless architecture. This excellence has been acknowledged multiple times—first, when THE BALMORAL COLLECTION received the Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Housing Award 2023 for Home Units ($2.5 Million - $3 Million), and again in 2024 with Ultra Building Co receiving another Excellence in Housing Award for Home Units ($700,001 - $1 Million). These recognitions reflect the consistently high standard of expertise and quality throughout every aspect of the development.
