BATHERS COLLAROY

At Goldfish & Bay, we’re excited to continue contributing to the Bathers Collaroy development, an extraordinary beachfront project just 50 metres from Collaroy Beach. In collaboration with TAPS Plumbing, we are delivering comprehensive hydraulic and civil engineering services to support the creation of this luxury resort-style residential experience.

As detailed in the August 2024 Project Update by HCAP Developments, construction has progressed significantly. Led by the award-winning Lords Group, the project has reached a major milestone with the structure officially topped out. The building's framework, completed over five months, involved 16 slab pours, 18 vertical column pours, and over 4,700 cubic meters of concrete. Despite challenges such as adverse weather and supply issues, the team's dedication has kept the project on track.

The architecture behind Bathers Collaroy was crafted by Gartner Trovato Architects and Walsh Architects, reflecting the natural beauty of the beachfront and enhancing coastal living. The luxurious interiors, curated by Coco Republic, add timeless elegance and attention to detail.

The ground floor lift lobbies have been upgraded with timber batten walls, natural stone tiles, and pelmet ceilings with concealed LED lighting, adding warmth and sophistication. Lighting specialist Genevieve Wild has further enhanced the lighting plans to create an inviting ambiance throughout the development. Modern mini VRV systems have been installed in all units, providing flexible, zoned temperature control for maximum comfort.

With this progress, Bathers Collaroy is moving closer to its targeted completion in the first half of 2025, continuing to exemplify high standards of luxury and craftsmanship for this exclusive coastal community.
