Goldfish & Bay is proud to contribute hydraulic and civil engineering expertise to Bathers Collaroy, a luxury beachfront development just 50 metres from Collaroy Beach. Collaborating with TAPS Plumbing, we are supporting this resort-style residential project, developed by HCAP Developments and built by the award-winning Lords Group.

Designed by Gartner Trovato Architects and Walsh Architects, the development reflects the natural beauty of its coastal setting. Luxurious interiors by Coco Republic feature timeless elegance, with details like upgraded timber batten walls, natural stone tiles, and concealed LED lighting in the ground floor lift lobbies.

The structure, now topped out, involved over 4,700 cubic metres of concrete, with 16 slab pours and 18 vertical column pours completed in just five months. Despite weather and supply challenges, the project remains on track for completion in the first half of 2025.
