Goldfish & Bay is excited to be a part of the landmark Castle Island residential project, developed by KWG Property. Located in the former Castle Hill Showgrounds precinct in Castle Hill, Sydney’s northwest, this $300-million development promises to redefine luxurious living in the area.

Castle Island is designed by a collaborative team of local and international architects, including Giles Tribe Architects, ARVA Architects, and DLN Architects. The design captures the natural spirit of Castle Hill by seamlessly blending architecture with the surrounding landscapes. The north-facing central garden serves as an extension of living spaces, drawing in daylight and providing a cool respite in summer.

Castle Island features seven towers built over three stages. The first stage includes 108 luxury apartments, with spacious proportions and sweeping views of the Hills District and Blue Mountains. The project also boasts three elevated sky gardens, each with unique features such as barbeque areas, intimate niches, a yoga lawn, and a twilight outdoor cinema. These gardens create natural meeting places that encourage interaction, connection, and retreat.

Goldfish & Bay is providing comprehensive hydraulic construction drawings for Castle Island, ensuring efficient and sustainable water management systems. Our expertise contributes to the project's overall sustainability and functionality, supporting its vision of luxury and convenience.

The interiors, conceived by Canadian practice Glyph Studio, are designed to evoke a sense of natural luxury. Inspired by native flora, the oversized one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with ‘Sky Home’ residences, feature beautifully crafted, timeless designs. The inviting alfresco spaces seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor zones, creating an all-season sanctuary for residents to unwind or entertain.
