We are excited to share our involvement in the ETHOS Chatswood project, Chatswood’s first luxury residential and mixed-use development in nearly four years. This 17-level tower offers ultra-luxury 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom residences, enriched by stunning vistas and experiences, including wellness facilities, boutique retail, and a sky lounge. We are proud to contribute to the Willoughby City Council community with this remarkable project.

Located just 400 meters from Chatswood Train and Metro Station, ETHOS will benefit from the extension of the Sydney Metro City and Southwest lines, providing direct services every four minutes to Crows Nest, Victoria Cross, Barangaroo, and Martin Place, opening in 2024.

Inspired by the rocky ridgelines of Sydney’s ancient landscapes, Ethos' distinctly modern architecture comes from the hand of Adam Haddow and the award-winning team at SJB. The crafted interplay of carved stone and soft light creates a protective form for sanctuary within.
