We’re honored to have contributed to Genesis Burwood, Forte Group’s luxury residential development in the heart of Burwood. Our Mechanical Engineering team played a pivotal role in ensuring these 38 boutique apartments, spread across six levels, meet the highest standards of comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability. From efficient climate control to cutting-edge ventilation, our team’s expertise helped deliver a living environment as refined as the building’s architectural vision.

The Genesis site, wedged between a heritage church and high-rise buildings, presented a unique challenge for both design and engineering. Ground-floor retail spaces are wrapped in a brick colonnade, forming a dialogue with the existing streetscape. The upper levels feature a combination of metal and timber accents, showcasing a fine grain architectural design that our mechanical systems seamlessly integrate with.

Each dwelling is meticulously designed with generous floor plans, enhanced storage, and flexible leisure space. The rooftop communal garden offers increased amenity for residents, complete with district and CBD views. Our Mechanical Engineering team ensured that every apartment benefits from optimal climate control and energy efficiency, enhancing the overall quality of living.
