Located at 115 Bathurst Street, this architectural masterpiece, designed by BVN and Woods Bagot, features 479 residences over 67 storeys, offering sweeping views from the CBD to the Blue Mountains and Sydney Harbour. Its innovative cantilevered structure and serrated edges create a striking silhouette that catches the eye.

While Goldfish & Bay was not involved in the construction of this landmark project, we were engaged to conduct a detailed defect report after completion. Our expert team identified key areas for improvement, ensuring the high standards of the Greenland Centre were upheld as it nears full occupancy.
