JARDIN

Frenchs Forest
JARDIN by Platino Properties was honored in June 2024 with the Urban Taskforce Award for Highly Commended Senior Living Development, and we were proud to attend this prestigious event. Contributing our engineering expertise to this distinguished project is a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation.
Our team's tailored hydraulic system design was vital in supporting this sustainable development in Frenchs Forest, ensuring efficient water management systems that align with Jardin’s strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
This six-storey development redefines residential living, prioritizing well-being and fostering community interaction. With Stage Two under construction and a waiting list of over 200 prospective residents, Jardin offers high-quality facilities—including a rooftop garden, café, fitness center, and the central "Le Jardin" garden—crafted to enhance functionality and community engagement.
The latest phase introduces two new buildings, Eucalyptus and Wattle, seamlessly integrated with the existing Acacia and Banksia buildings. These additions provide 52 luxury apartments complemented by amenities like an indoor pool, gym, resident bar, lounge, library, and creative social spaces, offering a lifestyle focused on well-being and connection.
Jardin’s design incorporates a variety of sustainable features—electric vehicle charging, photovoltaic solar generation, natural ventilation, and ample bike storage—to foster eco-friendly living practices. The lush communal gardens and rooftop terraces further enhance opportunities for residents to immerse in nature and build relationships, fostering community spirit.
We are honored to have contributed to this project, which sets a new benchmark for senior living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches by blending luxury, sustainability, and innovative design.
