Designed to meet the educational needs of a growing community, this modern facility provides flexible and sustainable learning spaces for up to 600 students.
Stage 1 (Completed July 2020):
- 64 prefabricated modules housing 27 flexible learning spaces.
- Facilities include a library with timber amphitheatre seating, hall space, a canteen, and administrative and staff areas.
- Covered outdoor learning areas enhance functionality and support diverse learning environments.
Stage 2 (Completed March 2024):
- Addition of 14 classrooms, more outdoor learning spaces, and landscaped areas, including a playing field, climbing tower, and outdoor kitchen garden.
Goldfish & Bay delivered hydraulic engineering solutions, including water, sewer, stormwater management, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Partnering with Doolan Plumbing, our team supported the school’s development with robust and future-ready systems.
This $46 million project, led by Group GSA and Richard Crookes Constructions, reflects the power of collaboration in creating modern, community-focused educational spaces.
