Jordan Springs Public School Stage 2

School Infrastructure NSW

Jordan Springs

Goldfish & Bay is proud to have contributed to the Jordan Springs Public School project, a key initiative under the School Infrastructure NSW Pilot Program. This project, designed to address the growing demand for educational facilities across NSW, involved close collaboration with Doolan Plumbing to deliver essential engineering solutions.

The Jordan Springs Public School was initially completed in July 2020, providing modern educational facilities for up to 600 students. The school consists of 64 prefabricated modules, housing 27 flexible learning spaces, a library with Timber Amphitheatre Seating and Hall Space, administrative and staff facilities, covered outdoor learning areas and a canteen.

Stage 2 of the school's development began in early 2022 and was completed in March 2024. This phase added 14 new classrooms, additional covered outdoor learning areas and landscaped areas, including a playing field, climbing tower, and outdoor kitchen garden.

Goldfish & Bay focused on delivering comprehensive engineering solutions, particularly in hydraulic system design, ensuring the school's infrastructure is efficient and sustainable. Our work, in partnership with Doolan Plumbing, also included careful planning for external works such as water, sewer, stormwater management, and electrical infrastructure.

The success of this project is a testament to the collaboration between Group GSA, Richard Crookes Constructions, and all other teams involved. Together, we have created a modern educational facility that will serve the Jordan Springs community for years to come.
