Positioned along Anzac Parade, The Kensington offers 143 luxury apartments and 7 vibrant retail spaces, seamlessly integrating work and leisure. Designed by Nick Turner, this development strikes a balance between paying homage to Kensington’s rich heritage and introducing a contemporary design that reflects the evolving needs of the community. The apartments, crafted by Kirsten Stanisich, are a blend of sophistication and comfort, with open-plan layouts and private balconies that create an indoor-outdoor lifestyle ideal for today’s residents.

With construction well underway—including demolition, excavation, and shoring activities—the project is on track to become a new cornerstone of urban life in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
