Nearly a year has passed since the completion of Lot 4B at Bankstown Airport, part of the Altitude Estate. Delivered by Barings Real Estate and Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), this significant project brought 13,555m² of premium warehouse space to the Bankstown Airport precinct.

Goldfish & Bay, working alongside Doolan Plumbing, provided specialised hydraulic engineering services, focusing on sustainability and operational efficiency. These systems have supported the seamless functionality of the facility since its handover, a testament to the collaborative efforts across all teams despite the challenges of 2022.

Positioned at a pivotal gateway bordered by Tower Road, Milperra Road, and Henry Lawson Drive, the development is integral to the area's ongoing transformation. As part of a broader vision for the Bankstown Airport precinct, it contributes valuable industrial capacity while setting the stage for future mixed-use retail, dining, and health services.
