Nearly a year has passed since the completion of the Bankstown Airport Lot 4B project, a key development within the Altitude Estate. This milestone marked the delivery of the fifth lot by Barings Real Estate and Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), introducing 13,555m² of advanced warehouse space to the Bankstown Airport site.

Goldfish & Bay, in collaboration with Doolan Plumbing, is proud to have contributed to this project, focusing on sustainable and efficient hydraulic systems that have supported the facility's smooth operation since day one. Despite the challenging conditions of 2022, the successful partnership among all teams ensured a seamless delivery.

As part of the broader vision for the Bankstown Airport area, this development not only adds valuable industrial space but also aligns with future plans for a mixed-use retail precinct, enhancing the local community’s amenities. Located at a strategic gateway site bordered by Tower Road, Milperra Road, and Henry Lawson Drive, this ongoing project reflects a commitment to expanding retail, dining, and health services at the airport, positioning it as a hub of activity and growth.
