MELROSE PARK

Sekisui House

Melrose Park

Melrose Park Urban Renewal Project, strategically positioned in the heart of Sydney, is undergoing a transformative urban redevelopment spearheaded by Sekisui House Australia. Partnering with GroupGSA for the sixth stage, this phase includes the addition of 468 apartments, reinforcing the project's vision of creating a vibrant, master-planned community.

The project, situated on a 30-hectare site, will ultimately feature around 6,000 apartments, a new town center, and extensive green spaces. Stage six, estimated at an end value of $450 million, will see two towers rising 20 to 24 stories, offering a mix of dual-key multi-generational apartments, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. This phase follows the recent submission for 368 apartments in Stage 5, highlighting the ongoing, dynamic development within the precinct.

Key features of Stage 6 include a rooftop pool and recreation deck with panoramic views, designed in collaboration with Aspect Studio, and a robust landscaped design promoting a resort-style lifestyle. The development also emphasizes enhanced connectivity through the newly approved Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, linking Melrose Park directly with Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta CBD.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to contribute to this landmark project through our expertise in BIM execution, clash detection, and coordination, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies and sustainable practices.
