Melrose Park Urban Renewal Project, strategically positioned in the heart of Sydney, is undergoing a transformative redevelopment led by Sekisui House Australia. Partnering with Group GSA for the sixth stage, this phase introduces 468 apartments, reinforcing the vision of creating a vibrant, master-planned community.

Spanning a 30-hectare site, the project will eventually include around 6,000 apartments, a new town center, and extensive green spaces. Stage six, valued at approximately $450 million, features two towers rising 20 to 24 stories, offering dual-key multi-generational apartments alongside one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. This follows the recent submission for 368 apartments in Stage 5, highlighting the precinct's ongoing growth.

Key elements of Stage 6 include a rooftop pool and recreation deck with panoramic views, designed in collaboration with Aspect Studio. The development prioritizes connectivity with the newly approved Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, linking Melrose Park directly to Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta CBD.
