We proudly delivered innovative hydraulic design solutions for this prestigious project. Our focus included efficient plumbing systems, hot and cold-water services, and gas and fire hose reel provisions, all developed to align with MONA’s commitment to sustainability and functionality. Our contribution ensures seamless water management while harmonizing with the building’s upscale

The architectural excellence of MONA is evident in its distinctive blend of Art Deco influences and modern design, with six residential floors offering beautifully appointed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Expansive terraces and balconies provide sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, the city skyline, and Paddington, reflecting the luxury and attention to detail that defines this development. Interior design by Richards Stanisich transforms each residence into an inspiring living environment, focusing on refined aesthetics and an elegant balance between function and personal expression. Thoughtful design maximizes natural light and space, enriching the day-to-day experience.

The building’s striking blade edge design, positioned prominently at Mona Road and New South Head Road, respects the neighboring heritage-listed terraces while establishing a commanding presence.
