The Northern Beaches Business Park (NBBP) in Cromer marks a significant transformation in industrial development, combining modern construction with heritage restoration to create a versatile facility for EG Funds. The project, completed in August 2023, includes two main buildings: Building 1, a 5,329 sqm warehouse with a structural steel portal frame, offers two tenancies with 9.5m clearance and 400 sqm of mezzanine office space; Building 2 is a 9,978 sqm warehouse divided into nine tenancies, featuring 9-9.5m clearance and 1,350 sqm of mezzanine offices.

Alongside the new construction, the development integrates existing elements like a refurbished office space, a stand-alone heritage house, and modifications to the heritage-listed 44m ‘Roche’ tower, preserving the site's historical character while enhancing its functionality. Delivered under a Design & Construction model by Richard Crookes Constructions and designed by SBA Architects, NBBP provides flexible spaces that cater to medium to large-scale industrial users.

Our team contributed comprehensive hydraulic design services to ensure optimal water management and efficiency across the facility, supporting both industrial operations and sustainable practices.

With high-clearance warehouses, adaptable tenancy configurations, and purpose-built facilities that accommodate efficient industrial operations, the business park is strategically located in Cromer’s industrial precinct to support growth in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
