As part of our ongoing archive review, we’re revisiting standout projects like NO. 1 CARLISLE. At Goldfish & Bay, we had the privilege of delivering advanced hydraulic design solutions, integrating efficient water management systems that aligned with both the architectural vision and sustainability goals. The result is a seamless operation supporting luxury and functionality without compromising environmental impact.

The interiors by Lawless & Meyerson feature a calm, natural palette that complements the architecture. Large windows flood the homes with natural light, while wraparound balconies offer sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, nearby parklands, and Rose Bay village, creating an open yet private living experience.

The landscape design by Wyer & Co. enhances this harmony, with mature gardens reflecting the natural beauty of the area, creating an oasis in the Eastern Suburbs. The penthouse, with its private rooftop terrace, offers unmatched views, making it the crown jewel of this luxurious development.
