O'Brien Centre

Goldfish & Bay has secured an exciting opportunity to be part of the design, development and construction of the St Vincent’s Hospital O’Brien Building - where multiple services are being provided for one of our long-term clients Richard Crookes Constructions.

The O’Brien Building is a 10 storey, mental health facility located at St Vincents Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney. The structural design of this 10 storey concrete framed building was future proofed for a vertical expansion and an innovative deep basement excavation design supports and protects the integrity of the adjacent Cahill, Delacy, Xavier and Aikenhead Buildings.
