PAGEWOOD CENTRO RIVERA

Eastgardens

At Goldfish & Bay, we envision projects as the cornerstones of thriving communities, and the Rivera Townhouses are a testament to this philosophy. As a key component of the Pagewood Centro masterplan in Eastgardens, this development transforms once-industrial grounds into a flourishing neighborhood, enriched with landscaped parks, lively retail precincts, and pedestrian-friendly pathways. Through our engineering expertise, the Rivera Townhouses contribute to creating sustainable, functional, and inspiring living spaces.

Located in the heart of Eastgardens, Rivera Townhouses form the north-western corner of the Pagewood Centro masterplan, which brings new life to a former industrial site. This dynamic community features a network of pedestrian linkages, parks, streets, and laneways, complemented by retail amenities such as restaurants, childcare services, playgrounds, and a supermarket—all fostering a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.

The townhouses comprise 42 two-storey, Torrens-titled homes, arranged in four distinctive rows that reflect unique architectural styles through variations in forms, materials, and finishes. Thoughtfully positioned along tree-lined streets, with a park to the east, these homes offer an ideal setting for community living.

In collaboration with PTW Architects, a prefabricated structural frame system was implemented, ensuring efficiency and precision during construction without sacrificing quality or design integrity.

Goldfish & Bay provided comprehensive hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire engineering services, ensuring these homes are not only visually impressive but also functional, safe, and environmentally conscious.

We are thrilled to see Rivera Townhouses enrich Eastgardens, contributing to a thriving and inclusive community for years to come.
