SYD09 Data Centre
Microsoft
Seven Hills
Goldfish & Bay is proud to contribute to the development of the SYD09 Data Centre in Seven Hills, Microsoft’s third data hub in Sydney. This project strengthens the company’s IT infrastructure in the region, highlighting the growing demand for advanced data facilities.
Our team is delivering hydraulic services design for the centre, which consists of two two-storey buildings, each designed to meet the complex requirements of a modern data hub. With the centre expected to operate at temperatures up to 35 degrees Celsius, efficient cooling is paramount. The facility will use approximately 50,000 cubic metres of water annually, primarily for cooling systems, and our hydraulic solutions are integral to ensuring reliable and effective water management.
In collaboration with Microsoft and FDC, the builder, this project reflects our commitment to supporting critical infrastructure with precise, high-performing engineering solutions.
