The Cambridge - Elevating Retirement Living in Epping
Since breaking ground in 2022, The Cambridge project in Epping has set a new benchmark for retirement and aged care living in Sydney's northern suburbs. This extensive $200M development, led by Levande, features 172 retirement living units, a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, bar, 123 Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) beds, a primary school, a new parish, retail space, and basement car parking—all within a 28-storey high-rise.
Goldfish & Bay is proud to have provided full hydraulic engineering services for this visionary project, working closely with our esteemed clients, Richard Crookes Constructions and Commodore Plumbing. Our expertise ensures that The Cambridge’s water systems are designed to the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability, contributing to a living environment that is both comfortable and environmentally responsible.
The development, which progresses alongside the heritage-significant existing church, is divided into three separable portions to facilitate staged handovers for various stakeholders. The final separable portion is anticipated to be completed by May 2025.
As The Cambridge continues to take shape, we are excited to see its lasting impact on the local community and are committed to continuing our role in delivering transformative developments like this one.
