THE MILL

In 2020, Goldfish & Bay collaborated with Universal Hotels Group to provide hydraulic design services for The Mill, a newly renovated heritage pub in Bondi Junction, Sydney. The project involved the transformation of the former Mill Hill Hotel, retaining its historic charm while introducing modern functionality.

Our hydraulic design solutions were integral to the venue’s redevelopment, ensuring efficient water management systems while preserving the venue’s original character. The Mill now offers a family-friendly dining experience with a focus on quality Australian gastropub cuisine.
