The Siding seamlessly integrates modern architecture with the area’s heritage character. Designed by Nordon Jago Architects, the development features elegant brick facades and natural materials that complement the suburb's historic charm. The project consists of 199 apartments across three complexes, with rooftop terraces, pocket parks, and a central lawn, fostering community interaction and a sense of openness.

At the heart of the development is the revitalized Petersham RSL Club, a dynamic social and lifestyle hub offering dining, workspaces, and entertainment. This carefully planned space enhances the overall living experience and strengthens the project’s connection to the wider Petersham community.
