Goldfish & Bay was privileged to play a role in The Siding, an iconic project completed as part of the ambitious Petersham Precinct. This transformative development by Deicorp has redefined Petersham’s urban landscape, merging contemporary living with thoughtfully designed community spaces.

The Siding seamlessly blends modern architecture with the area’s heritage character. Designed by Nordon Jago Architects, the development showcases elegant brick facades and natural materials that complement the suburb's historic charm. Comprising 199 apartments across three complexes, The Siding features rooftop terraces, pocket parks, and a central lawn, all designed to foster community interaction and a sense of openness.

At the heart of the development is the revitalized Petersham RSL Club, a dynamic social and lifestyle hub offering dining, workspaces, and entertainment. This thoughtfully planned space enhances the overall living experience and further integrates the project into the wider Petersham community.
