THE WATERFRONT at Central Coast Quarter, led by Urban Property Group, is not just another development—it’s set to become the new pulse of the region. Featuring uninterrupted views of Brisbane Water, 334 premium apartments, and a dynamic retail precinct, this venture exemplifies the best in contemporary urban design.
As Urban Property Group progresses with this landmark build, our collaboration has allowed us to contribute crucial hydraulic solutions to THE WATERFRONT, which blends luxury living with practical functionality. The project’s strategic location on Mann Street offers residents a unique blend of urban convenience and serene waterfront living, making it a cornerstone of Gosford’s revitalization.
Construction is progressing rapidly, with 50% of the structure already completed and the level 15 slab soon to be poured. The project is on track for completion in Q4 2025, with over 7,000m³ of concrete poured so far. The addition of 2,800 sqm of retail space will provide a vibrant community hub, featuring some of the best food and beverage options available locally.
