VILLAGE QUARTER

Dasco

Rouse Hill NSW

Goldfish & Bay is proud to have been part of Village Quarter in Rouse Hill, contributing to the delivery of a thriving residential community. This landmark development, designed by Visionata Architects and led by Dasco, consists of 110 apartments across three buildings, incorporating retail spaces and offering residents access to Rouse Hill Town Centre, schools, and cafes, all within walking distance.

Located just 200 meters from the Sydney Metro Northwest station, Village Quarter presents a community-focused design that prioritizes accessibility and convenience. The development includes three rooftop gardens, providing residents with expansive outdoor spaces to relax and socialize. The thoughtful integration of green areas, along with a focus on natural light and cross-ventilation, showcases the project’s dedication to sustainability and comfort.

Goldfish & Bay’s involvement was crucial in providing Hydraulic and Fire services, ensuring the development’s safety and sustainability for its residents. Our team worked closely with all partners to deliver high-quality infrastructure that meets the needs of this growing urban area.

This project highlights our commitment to providing essential engineering services that support the growth of sustainable and vibrant communities. The successful completion of Village Quarter not only enhances Rouse Hill’s urban landscape but also reflects the growing demand for thoughtfully designed, connected, and community-centric living spaces.

Our Team is proud to have contributed to this exemplary project, bringing engineering excellence and sustainability to the forefront of Rouse Hill’s future.
