At the heart of this development is a 68,000m² warehouse, Toll Group's largest in Australia, equipped with cutting-edge automation technologies, office spaces, a multi-deck car park, and innovative green infrastructure. Design features include renewable energy integration, solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, LED lighting, and EV charging stations, all contributing to the facility’s goal of achieving a 5-star Green Star rating.
