Goldfish & Bay is proud to have contributed to Willowdale Seniors Living, a thoughtfully designed residential aged care facility in Denham Court, New South Wales. Completed in 2021, this facility sets a high standard for comfort, well-being, and community engagement for seniors.

Developed by Bolton Clarke, Willowdale Seniors Living is designed around a generous landscaped courtyard, providing continuous walking circuits and outdoor recreation spaces for residents and their families. The facility accommodates 144 beds across two levels, arranged to maximise natural light and easy access to outdoor areas. A porte-cochere welcomes visitors with convenient ground-level parking, while staff parking is located in the basement. Memory support principles are integrated throughout the design, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Goldfish & Bay was engaged to provide peer review services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance were met. Our involvement helped uphold excellence in design and construction, contributing to a premier aged care facility that enhances the lives of its residents.
