At Goldfish & Bay, we are immensely enthusiastic about contributing to the ongoing dialogue on sustainable development and pioneering innovative solutions. This event highlighted the importance of a collaborative approach to affordable housing development, especially in Western Sydney.

Premier Chris Minns shared his government’s plans to align social infrastructure with housing goals and use scientific methods to enhance affordability. Discussions included ambitious targets for social housing and density, stakeholder coordination, and addressing the impact of COVID-19 on state finances. Key priorities include aligning housing developments with essential services, accelerating residential projects through partnerships, and expanding transport infrastructure to connect housing with employment opportunities.

We anticipate further collaboration with industry leaders, striving together towards the noble goal of resolving the housing crisis.

Participating in this event as new members of UDIA NSW has been an honor. We are excited to support their mission of fostering sustainable and innovative development in our communities. Thank you, UDIA NSW, for the opportunity to engage in these vital discussions. We anticipate further collaboration with industry leaders, striving together towards the noble goal of resolving the housing crisis and enhancing our communities' overall well-being.
