Our collaboration on CENTRIC BUSINESS PARK reflects this commitment. Partnering with LEVEL 33 and WMK Architecture, we contributed to a innovative industrial complex at 21 Marigold Street, Revesby. This development, the first of its kind in the area, offers businesses immediate access to major arterial road networks, placing them in the heart of Sydney’s key growth corridor.
Our engineering design expertise brought a cohesive approach to Centric Business Park, guaranteeing functionality, safety, and efficiency at every level. We developed hydraulic systems to provide a dependable water supply and efficient drainage, meeting the needs of the 53 industrial units ranging from 102m² to 450m². Advanced mechanical designs, including climate control systems, were tailored to optimize operational environments, while our electrical engineering solutions delivered robust power distribution networks to support energy-intensive activities. Safety remained a central priority, with comprehensive wet and dry fire systems accurately engineered to exceed industry standards, protecting both occupants and infrastructure while ensuring smooth, reliable operation.
