FIVE DOCK Urban Renewal DA Officially Lodged!

A new chapter begins for Five Dock! We’re thrilled to be part of the journey as Deicorp lodges the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for this landmark project, marking the first step in realizing the Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy.

This ambitious development spans 31,300 square meters and will deliver 1,185 new apartments across five architecturally stunning buildings, with a substantial number reserved for affordable housing to support key community workers. Designed to enhance urban life, the Five Dock project will feature an outdoor plaza, public marketplace, and vibrant village green, all crafted to foster a thriving, community-focused environment in the heart of Sydney’s inner west.

Goldfish & Bay is honored to join forces with Deicorp and TURNER STUDIO on this transformative project. We’ll bring our specialized skills in Hydraulic, Electrical, and Wet & Dry Fire engineering, ensuring a foundation of safety, resilience, and sustainability. Turner Studio’s vision, praised unanimously for its excellence, will set a new standard for urban renewal in Sydney.
