Goldfish & Bay is pleased to announce our collaboration with Coronation Property on the upcoming Precinct 75 development in St Peters.

Formerly known as Precinct 75, this iconic space boasts a rich heritage dating back to the early 1900s. Spread over nearly 1.5 hectares, Precinct 75 will undergo a major revitalization, blending new and existing buildings to create a vibrant community hub.

Coronation Property, a leading developer, is expanding into Build to Rent with the St Peters project, featuring 200 apartments and 15,000 sqm of commercial space. Their subsidiary, Nation aims to deliver 1,500 apartments by 2025. With a strong commitment to urban development and a focus on vibrant communities, Coronation Property Group is reshaping Sydney's landscape through innovative projects that unlock value for individuals and communities alike.

Designed by Cox Architecture, Precinct 75 will integrate residential, commercial, and retail spaces, fostering creativity and innovation. With over 70 businesses already thriving within the precinct, it's set to become a destination for creative growth and inspiration.

Located just 2 kilometers from Newtown and Alexandria, Precinct 75 offers unparalleled connectivity into Sydney’s CBD. Proximity to major universities, hospitals, and transport networks makes it an ideal destination for businesses and residents alike.

The revitalized precinct will feature a mix of amenities including restaurants, bars, a gym, and a small park. These amenities, coupled with the character charm of the original site, make Precinct 75 a unique and desirable place to live, work, and socialize.

Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting journey to reshape Sydney's urban landscape.
