The Development Summit 2024, hosted by the Chinese Building Association of NSW (CBANSW), gathered government officials, industry leaders, and corporate representatives to address pressing industry issues.

Focused on Enhancing Development Efficiency and Addressing Housing Shortage, the summit provided a crucial platform for discussing solutions to New South Wales housing crisis. Key topics included identifying causes of housing shortages, addressing delays in council approvals, rising construction costs, and improving financing support.
