Government intervention, such as land assembly and reducing infrastructure charges, was highlighted as critical.
The summit saw a promising commitment from the Premier to explore cost-reduction options, injecting optimism into discussions. Practical solutions discussed included implementing triggers for Construction Certificates upon Development Approval, amidst concerns about rising construction costs.
