Goldfish & Bay joins forces with Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group

We’re thrilled to announce our latest partnership with The Meat & Wine Co, a respected Afro-centric steakhouse institution with eleven venues spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Adelaide, and London. Together, we’re bringing a new location to Sydney’s bustling CBD on Bligh Street. 


Goldfish & Bay supplied complete engineering solutions for this project, ensuring seamless integration of high-tech mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. By collaborating with Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, the owners of The Meat & Wine Co, we maintained the functionality and safety of this elegant venue. Franchise Fitout Group Pty Ltd delivered high-speed, high-quality fitouts, while COOOP.Co brought the venue to life with their architectural and hospitality interior design expertise.
