Goldfish & Bay x Meriton Group | Delivering Hydraulic Solutions for CIELO
Goldfish & Bay is proud to be part of CIELO, a project by the award-winning architects at Studio.SC. Soaring 30 stories high, this development embodies the harmony of precise engineering and inspired design, marking a defining moment for area’s evolving skyline and urban character.
Our team provided hydraulic systems specifically designed to meet the demands of this high-density, 30-level residential development, comprising 211 residences. The scope included water distribution, stormwater drainage, water reuse systems, natural gas infrastructure, and critical fire safety measures, such as fire hose reel installations and fire collar setouts. In collaboration with ONEWAY PLUMBING we ensured the precise execution of these systems, supported by comprehensive project documentation.
Delivering these solutions for a high-rise structure required a thoughtful approach to efficiency, sustainability, and resource management, addressing the unique challenges of vertical construction.
Located in the Epping Town Centre, CIELO is minutes from public transport, retail, schools, and public spaces. Structural layout aligns with the Epping Town Centre Masterplan, featuring a street wall along Oxford Street while preserving open space at the rear of the site. The project includes amenities for residents and the community, such as landscaped gardens, rooftop terraces, and shared spaces.
As Epping’s tallest tower, CIELO offers views of parklands and the Sydney CBD. Its vertical design, with deep recesses and horizontal breaks, creates a distinctive architectural presence while improving natural light and ventilation.
With completion expected in late 2025, CIELO highlights the value of collaboration between developers, architects, and engineers. Goldfish & Bay is proud to partner again with Meriton Group, continuing a history of delivering outstanding projects.
