Goldfish & Bay joined industry partners on site to celebrate the commencement of construction at BRIDGE ROAD Residences — a new multi-residential development by Ventus, delivered by One Way Development & Construction, with architectural design by MX Architects

This 80-apartment project will bring a mix of 1 to 3-bedroom residences to a growing pocket of Homebush, just moments from local transport, dining, and Sydney Olympic Park.

It was a great afternoon connecting with the broader delivery team and marking this exciting milestone.

We look forward to supporting quality outcomes as the project progresses toward completion in 2026.
