Meriton's Vision: Elevating Urban Living at Pagewood Centro Manet

We are thrilled to share our latest venture with Meriton Group – the PAGEWOOD CENTRO MANET project in Eastgardens, NSW. This innovative development promises to revolutionize urban development with its visionary design and extensive scale.

Pagewood Centro Manet project features two impressive glass towers, rising 19 and 17 stories, strategically positioned opposite the iconic Bonnie Doon Golf Course. These towers are designed to provide oversized residences, each with corner positions that afford sweeping views of the Sydney CBD, Botany Bay, and Central Park. The project is currently under construction and is slated for completion by mid-2025.

The design showcases architectural excellence by Dickson Rothschild, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of modern living requirements. Central to the project is an 8,000sqm park, which includes a basketball court, outdoor gym, children's playground, and BBQ facilities. Additionally, the inclusion of onsite childcare centers and a dedicated building manager highlights the commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Working on this project with Meriton Group is pleasure and a privilege, as always. We at Goldfish & Bay take a great pride in our contributions to the hydraulic design for the PAGEWOOD CENTRO MANET buildings. Our cooperation shows a common commitment to excellence and innovation in urban development, and we are honored to apply our knowledge to such a remarkable project.
