Goldfish & Bay is proud to be working with Coronation Property on the Erskineville Village redevelopment—a $1.5 billion urban renewal project that marks the final stage of the Ashmore Estate masterplan and one of the most significant Build-to-Rent precincts in Sydney’s Inner West.
Located just 4km from the CBD, the 50,000 sqm site will deliver around 1,000 BTR residences, six boutique terraces, 5,000 sqm of retail and dining, and 7,500 sqm of public open space. At the heart of the precinct will be McPherson Park and Kooka Walk—an expansive, tree-lined 20-metre pedestrian corridor designed to foster community connection and walkability.
The winning design by BVN Architecture, selected through the City of Sydney’s Design Excellence Competition, focuses on creating a well-connected neighbourhood grounded in place and purpose. Buildings G and H will include over 380 residences with communal amenities such as co-working spaces, a swimming pool, wellness facilities, and landscaped outdoor retreats—all designed to elevate the resident experience beyond the front door.
Goldfish & Bay is excited to be contributing to a project that not only reflects the evolution of inner-city living but also reinforces the role of thoughtful design in supporting community and housing diversity.
