We are excited to announce our involvement in the MADE Marrickville project—Australia’s first four-storey industrial development, located in Sydney’s vibrant inner-west. This ambitious $30 million project, led by TOGA in collaboration with Braxton. and Rebel Property is transforming a former industrial site into a state-of-the-art mixed-use facility, setting a new standard for industrial innovation.
Responding to the rising demand for industrial space across Sydney, Made Marrickville introduces a pioneering approach: increasing storeys on top of warehouses to optimize space. The development will feature 37 light industrial units across levels 1–3, each with its own parking space, loading bay, and mezzanine office space, designed for various uses—from high technology and "maker" spaces to traditional light industrial and supply chain industries, with 24/7 access.
On the ground floor, the project offers a vibrant retail hub with 1,360 sqm of prime space, including specialized market and food & beverage premises. This area, designed for weekend market-style uses, connects with the adjacent Wicks Place and Wicks Park, enhancing the communal atmosphere of the precinct.
Positioned within Marrickville’s dynamic Victoria Road Precinct, the development is part of the broader Wick Park initiative, which is transitioning into a mixed-use and light industrial hub, fostering new enterprises and creative activities.
