Rising High: VICTORIA PLACE Redefines Burwood's Skyline

Goldfish & Bay is proud to announce our involvement in the VICTORIA PLACE project, a pioneering development set to transform Burwood's skyline. This project, developed by P&N Sleiman Group and executed by Conquest™, represents a new era for Burwood, combining premium residential apartments with versatile commercial spaces in an architectural masterpiece that both honors and revitalizes the district's rich heritage.


VICTORIA PLACE is poised to become the tallest structure in Burwood, rising 30 levels and offering sweeping, uninterrupted views of Sydney. Positioned on Victoria Street, this iconic tower will emerge as a landmark in the inner west, playing a pivotal role in the evolving Burwood Town Centre. The development features four levels of basement parking, three floors dedicated to commercial use, and 179 opulent residential apartments.


As the principal engineering consultants, Goldfish & Bay provided complete building services design, including vertical transportation systems, which are essential for the building's smooth and efficient operation. Our expertise ensures that VICTORIA PLACE not only meets the highest standards of safety and functionality but also enhances the comfort and convenience of its future residents and visitors.


Slated for completion by mid-2026, VICTORIA PLACE is envisioned not only as a residential building but as a dynamic hub that will cater to the growing needs of both the local community and businesses. Its prime location, innovative design, and thoughtfully integrated amenities will establish it as a central feature of Burwood, attracting those who value quality, convenience, and a modern urban lifestyle.
