Shaping Sydney’s Future | Goldfish & Bay’s Engineering Expertise at Macquarie Rise
Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering engineering design for MACQUARIE RISE, a mixed-use development by TOGA, with architecture by TURNER STUDIO. Engaged by McPherson Plumbing PTY LTD, we’re excited to contribute to a project that is shaping Macquarie Park’s urban landscape while supporting Morling College’s long-term commitment to education and community investment.
Part of the Morling College masterplan, Macquarie Rise will introduce 268 premium apartments across three towers, alongside retail, communal spaces, and a public plaza. Designed to address Sydney’s housing demand, the project also reinforces Morling College’s role in education and social impact, with proceeds helping fund training programs for teachers, chaplains, and community leaders.
Goldfish & Bay is delivering Hydraulic Design for Macquarie Rise, ensuring the development meets the highest standards of efficiency, sustainability, and compliance. Our scope includes the design of sanitary plumbing, water supply, stormwater, gas services, and fire hose reel systems, with detailed hydraulic documentation and ongoing coordination with service consultants to support a smooth construction process.
As an iCIRT-rated firm, Goldfish & Bay upholds industry best practices in engineering excellence, reliability, and compliance. Like TOGA, our accreditation provides assurance to clients and project partners, reinforcing our track record in delivering high-quality, future-ready engineering solutions.
Located at 122 Herring Road, Macquarie Park, the development offers direct access to Macquarie University, Macquarie Centre, and the Metro station, with resort-style amenities including a club lounge, lap pool, Pilates studio, gym, and cinema room.
We look forward to seeing MACQUARIE RISE take shape and continuing our collaboration with McPherson Plumbing, TOGA, Turner Studio, and the wider project team.
