Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the official sod turn for PRECINCT 75, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in St Peters. This landmark Build-to-Rent project, led by Coronation Property and designed by the talented team at Cox Architecture, is set to redefine urban living in Sydney’s inner west.

The transformation of this historic industrial site into a vibrant lifestyle destination is a testament to the vision and collaboration of all involved. Goldfish & Bay is thrilled to be part of this journey, contributing our expertise in fire, hydraulic, and vertical transportation services to a project that will reshape the area’s future.

The event was not just about turning soil; it was about bringing together a community of innovators, planners, and builders who share a passion for creating spaces that inspire and connect. This mixed-use development will offer more than 200 premium apartments, expansive retail and commercial spaces, and amenities for residents and the wider community.
